Principal's Message

Mauren Wilson head shot

Dear Walsh Owl Families,

I hope this message finds you well as we find ourselves more than halfway through the school year. It is with great pleasure that I take a moment to reflect on the remarkable progress and accomplishments we have achieved together thus far.

Our students have demonstrated tremendous dedication to their studies, and it is heartening to witness their growth academically, socially, and emotionally. The hard work of our talented teachers and staff has undoubtedly played a crucial role in fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

I want to express my gratitude to the parents and guardians who have been actively involved in their child's education. Your support, whether through volunteering, attending parent-teacher conferences, or participating in school events, is invaluable and greatly appreciated.

As we look ahead to the remainder of the academic year, there is much more to anticipate and accomplish. Our commitment to all of our students' education remains unwavering, and together, we will continue to provide an environment that nurtures curiosity, inspires creativity, and encourages a love for learning.

If you have any questions, feedback, or concerns, please feel free to reach out. Open communication is vital to our shared success, and I am always eager to hear from our school community.

Thank you for your continued partnership in making Walsh School a place where every student can thrive. Here's to a successful and fulfilling rest of the school year!

Warm regards,

--Dr. Maureen Wilson, Interim Principal
